Busy hands. Open lines.

What a managed AI business phone actually does

You’re mid-job. Hands full. Phone rings.

For a lot of owner-operated businesses, that call is the next booking, the parts question, or the customer who won’t leave a voicemail. Missing it isn’t a “productivity tip.” It’s the line of the business.

Linevio is a managed AI business phone service built for that reality. The short version: an AI-powered virtual phone assistant answers caller-facing calls, and a human team builds, tests, monitors, and updates it from information you approve. You keep running the business. We take the call.

Managed means someone else runs the phone system

A lot of “AI phone” tools hand you a dashboard and wish you luck. Linevio is set up as a managed service.

You get a dedicated Voice Partner — a real person — for setup, guidance, and routine changes. They work from your approved business information: how you want callers greeted, what you offer, when you’re available, and what should happen when someone needs you.

The point isn’t to turn you into a call-center admin. The point is an open line without another product to babysit.

What happens when someone calls

Callers reach an AI-powered virtual phone assistant that can take messages and connect people to your team when that’s the right next step. It answers around the clock, in English and Spanish, on your existing number once you’re live.

It follows the rules you approve. When something needs a human judgment call — especially anything about canceling an appointment — it doesn’t freestyle. Cancellation requests go to the team. The AI never cancels appointments.

That’s the engineered part of the brand: clear boundaries, not improv on your customers.

You keep your number — and you try it before you forward anything

Switching how your phone is answered shouldn’t mean printing new trucks.

With Linevio you keep your existing number. When you’re ready, you forward calls from your current carrier. Before that handoff, you get a test drive: we set up a test line, you try it, and you approve it. Most standard setups launch within two business days after we receive complete business information.

The path is simple on purpose: brief → test drive → handoff.

If you ever need to stop, you can turn forwarding off with your carrier. Your number stays yours.

Built for businesses where inbound actually matters

Linevio is aimed at busy owners whose inbound calls matter while they’re driving, serving customers, or doing hands-on work — home services, auto repair, salons and barbers, cleaning, medical spas, and trades like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and contracting.

If your day is full of tools, clients, or a service bay, the phone still has to sound like your business. That’s what the Voice Partner is for.

Plans, without the fog

Plans start from $249/month. Essential includes 250 minutes and covers the core managed answering setup. Business and Pro add more capacity and options like booking and routing, as described on the pricing page. We build it and we test it. Setup’s on us for the first 20 founding customers; after that, setup is $199 — always shown at checkout.

Exact fit depends on how busy your line is and how much of the phone work you want handled. The pricing page is the source of truth for what’s included.

The honest close

Linevio isn’t magic revenue software. It’s a managed way to keep your lines open when your hands aren’t free: AI on the call, people behind the system, your number, your rules.

You have a business to run. We’ll take the call.
